System functionality is always changing, and it is important that users are continually trained on how to use the systems effectively. DDS transportation Consulting offers both customized and standard end user training on any program in the TMW or TMT family of products. We can also document the training to provide a user reference guide. This will benefit not only seasoned veterans of the system but also the newest members of your team.

Onsite Analysis

The purpose of this project will be for DDS Transportation Consulting to perform an Operational and System analysis for the company.

A contractor will travel onsite for a 2-3-day review upon acceptance of the analysis visit.

A contractor will then document observations and recommendations remotely after the visit and provide this to the client.

Contractor Responsibilities
The purpose of this visit would be for both DDSTC and the client to meet and determine the current use of the client’s system, any gaps in procedures, and recommendations moving forward. The contractor will sit with and observe users while they are working in the system to identify system usage, ask questions, and gather key data elements. While observing if there are any tips or things that can be corrected immediately, we will work with the team to fix.

DDSTC will meet with the following departments while onsite:

And any others that may be relevant to the project.

While onsite DDSTC will seek to accomplish the following:

Review status of the TMS Systems implementation and Core Business Processes.

Familiarize ourselves with the operation and identify gaps in implementation.

Identify/recommend best practices with regards to system(s) utilization.

Review any third party or tertiary programs that integrate with the TMS system.

Recommendations:
DDSTC will document our findings from the results from the onsite analysis, which will determine the best course of action for the client moving forward. After the discovery portion is completed DDSTC will deliver a proposed path for the second course of action, which typically comprises prioritized process and system enhancements that can be implemented with or without the further assistance of DDSTC.
